Our CommitmentAs a Council Controlled Organisation of the Dunedin City Council, we are entrusted with the governance and management of these key assets.
We act as stewards on behalf of the owners, ensuring the successful operation and upgrades and maintenance of these premier venues.

Both our venue complexes are located centrally and walking distance apart—a big part of why they work so well for drawing people into town life
The Dunedin Centre is at 1 Harrop Street, right on the Octagon—Dunedin's civic heart. It's part of the same complex as the Town Hall and shares a block with the Municipal Chambers, the public library, and St Paul's Cathedral. The Octagon itself is ringed with cafes, bars, restaurants, and hotels. Forsyth Barr Stadium is at 130 Anzac Avenue, just north of the CBD on the edge of the University of Otago campus. It's about a 15–20 minute walk from the Octagon, and a similar distance from the railway station and the main hotel strip.
